In no other country did we stay for six weeks, visit so many different places and experience so many different climate zones. Starting in a big city, camping in the desert, up the mountain, getting sick from altitude, down the mountain, sweating in the jungle, up again, freezing by the lake, down and crossing the border to Chile.
