# 92 - Last stop Tacna

We arrived in Tacna quite late in the day. We were tired, hungry and cold. Since we had no patience at all to look for a place to pitch our tent, we asked at the police station for advice. Normally, they said, camping here is not allowed. But after finding out that we were Greek they let us camp on one of the main squares.

The next day we woke up to the smell of flowers and the sound of children playing all around us. The grass was green, warm and soft and so it took us a good few hours to part from this place and make our way to the bus that would take us out of Peru.

Right there 5 minutes ago our tent was pitched
